Delivery and returns policy
We will only deliver to the billing address of the cardholder placing the order. Orders will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours, depending on time and day of order. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery (UK only).
We cannot guarantee next day or timed deliveries. Collections may be made by arrangement — please call.
Claims for non-delivery must be made by telephone or email no later than 7 days after ordering.
If you are not happy with the received goods please return them within 7 days with your details, order number and reasons for return. You are responsible for all return postage costs and the goods remain your responsibility until we have received them back.
We will replace the goods or refund the original cost provided the goods are returned in original and saleable condition. In the event of goods being faulty we will refund the return postage.
Where we have supplied goods on "free delivery", or as free gifts, there will be no refund of this element of the order.
We want you to be happy with our products and service and will always try to resolve any such issues within 7 days.
